Fix your dosha, fix the problem

About Dosha Science

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, is fundamentally based on the concept of Doshas—the three bio-energetic forces that govern all physiological and psychological functions in the human body. The theory of Doshas provides a holistic framework for understanding health, disease, body constitution, and lifestyle management.

Dosha Science in Ayurveda
What are Doshas?

Doshas are functional energies derived from the five great elements (Panchamahabhutas):

  • Ether (Akasha)

  • Air (Vayu)

  • Fire (Agni)

These elements combine to form three primary Doshas:

Each individual has a unique constitution (Prakriti) determined by the proportion of these Doshas.

Dosha & Weight Management

Vata imbalance → Irregular weight (loss/gain)

Pitta imbalance → Excess hunger, fat accumulation

Kapha imbalance → Obesity, slow metabolism

👉 This is why dosha-specific weight management kits (like yours) are more effective than generic solutions.

Importance in Lifestyle & Wellness

Dosha science is applied in:

Diet planning (Ahara)

Daily routine (Dinacharya)

Seasonal regimen (Ritucharya)

Herbal medicine formulation

Detox therapies (Panchakarma)

“When Doshas are balanced, digestion is proper, tissues function well, and the mind remains peaceful—this is the definition of health in Ayurveda.”
