About Dosha Science

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, is fundamentally based on the concept of Doshasโ€”the three bio-energetic forces that govern all physiological and psychological functions in the human body. The theory of Doshas provides a holistic framework for understanding health, disease, body constitution, and lifestyle management.

Dosha & Weight Management

Vata imbalance โ†’ Irregular weight (loss/gain)

Pitta imbalance โ†’ Excess hunger, fat accumulation
