About Dosha Science

What are Doshas?
Doshas are functional energies derived from the five great elements (Panchamahabhutas):
Ether (Akasha)
Air (Vayu)
Fire (Agni)
Water (Jal)
Earth (Prithvi)
These elements combine to form three primary Doshas:
Each individual has a unique constitution (Prakriti) determined by the proportion of these Doshas.

⚠️ Imbalanced Pitta
Acidity, ulcers, inflammation
Anger, irritability
Excess hunger and sweating
🍃 Management
Cooling foods (fruits, greens)
Avoid spicy, oily, and fried items
KAPHA DOSHA (Water + Earth)
